Permalink Reply by Sue Fleming on December 26, 2011 at 11:57am Hello Megan, Merry Christmas, lets see, from Greg & I (Tangos Mum & Dad) a new nylabone, packet of smackos, a soft toy worm ( she's already chewed off one feeler) two new basketballs (she loves her basketballs, and sometimes they don't survive her love, so there is always a couple of spares) from her Gran (my mum) a blue unicorn, from her 12 year old cousin, Rocky (also a staffy) she got a puppy bon bon that had a plastic bone with a squeeker in it and a mini basketball, and from her other cousin, Ruby, a 10 month old Boxer, she got a plastic pink pig, but she is afraid of the noise it makes and won't play with it, maybe later she will try again. And she gave her Dad and me a book called Amazing Dog Stories put out by Pet Rescue, its about true tales of second chance dogs and the lives they have changed, its a wonderful book and I am halfway through the book and almost through a full box of tissues.

Permalink Reply by Brianna Smale on December 26, 2011 at 5:08pm My mum and dad and rest of the family dont beileive in giving pets presents. But I myself and my sister molly did buy Barney presents. I bought Barney doggy treats with my pocket money and molly bought him a squeaky chicken. I ended up pressuring mum into buying him stocking fillers which he got a tin a wet food which he loves but never gets unless it is a speicle acation and a doggy chew bone. These where put in his stocking from santa. He loved it and and so far has eat about half of this doggy treats. Chew and buried his bone, played with his chicken and about half an hour ago eat his canned food, which he loved that much he scoft it all in out 2 minets.
Permalink Reply by Ozzie~Owl on December 26, 2011 at 6:10pm LOL Brianna, I am so happy to read that your Barney got a little spoiling for Christmas,
as at the very least, most dogs are excellent guard-dogs and lets us know quick smart
if there is anyone loitering outside the house, especially at night, so I think the little treats
are well deserved.
I no longer have a dog of my own, but I have a couple of friends who have dogs
and so I gave their dogs a little wrapped up present this year
and they really enjoyed their new ball and throw-disc.
