Dogs Life

Which breed would you most like to see on the cover of Dogs Life?

Hi All,

I've got a quick question for everyone...

Which breed would you most like to see on the cover of Dogs Life? Which particular breed do you think has particularly cute pups that would make a great cover photo?

I'm expecting plenty of bias towards the breed you actually own, but try to be honest!

Personally, as a Lab owner, I think they make the cutest pups...but I reckon Newfoundland or Boxer pups would have to come a close 2nd. What do you think?

P.S. We're designing the cover for our next issue (on-sale December 15) at the moment and it is sooooo cute!

Oooh what about a bitser? I reckon mongrels are more popular in Australia than a lot of purebreds, so why not give the humble mutt a bit of time in the spotlight?
i would like to see a scottish terrier because they are the cutest and one of my dogs has that breed in them!! haha what breed would you like??
I have an English Staffy, so of course I reckon they would be best on the cover, they are just so darn cute, in my opinion they are little people in dog suits, with heaps of attitude.
I would like a golden retreiver to be on the front cover of the next issue :-)
Or....... (thinking)........ a rot weller. They are so cute, and I think that even though they have a bad reputation that they should be recognised, for not all rot wellers are scary child eating beasts (thats what some people think) that some of them are cute harm less angles!!!
I think you should have a part in your mag about these great dogs to change how people think of them, for I think it is stupid how people take one look at them and deside that they should fear theses cute dogs for you have probly heared of this saying, you cant judge a book by its cover, this is the same with dogs.
Although for the safty of things also include that it is important to ask the owner if it is ok to pat the dog before you do.
The end, so PLEASE!!!! put a golden retviever or a rot weller on the cover of your nexy mag
:-)

I'm going to say labradoodle. Not the back yard bred labradoodle (although all puppies are cute), but the 3rd/4th or more generation labradoodle. Mine is a 3rd gen and I thought she was the cutest puppy ever.... of course :)
The Australian Labradoodle association goal is for full recognition as a pure breed. This goal is getting closer with each new generation, soon the Labradoodle will be a purebred dog.
What a great story this would make.

Cheers
Tania
Perhaps a Kooikerhondje (Dutch Spaniel), Chinook or a Tibetan Mastiff. I really like the idea of putting in a Rottweiler Brianna suggested.
Golden Retriever - definitely!!
Red cattle dog pups :) Umm or maybe pit-bulls :)
BOXER BOXER BOXER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think a samoyed, I know I own one :) or maybe a Keeshond or Finnish Lapphund.
White German Shepherd Dog, Belgian Malanois, Australian Koolie (red merle), Papillon (you cant get a bad pic of one lol)
Yes rot wellers are gorgeous!!!
