I didn't sleep well last night. Maybe because of the 200 odd fleas i pulled off luna after her bath. She was such a good girl just lay there and let me brush pick kill flea, brush pick kill flea, over and over.

6.30 thismorning i awoke to her muching on some dry food and took her outside for a wee. She still wasn't confident walking around the house so i carried her out and put her down on the grass. it was like she had never seen grass before. It was so cute.

After an hour or two it was back into the car and over to visit the groomer. Luna wasn't reall happy getting two baths in two days and she cried alot but she'll get used to it. The groomer then trimmed her nails (gave her a manacure) and checked her ears. She cleaned them as best she could but recommended a trip to the vet. All good that was our next port of call. Luna looked so clean after her blow dry and very very happy

Off to the vet next. He checked her over with a fine tooth comb (i would allow no less) and reported she is in pretty good shape considering where she had come from. He checked her ears and then took a sample to study under a microscope. Unfortunately the vet reported she has three diferent types of backterior in her ears causing a massive ear infection. no good news there but he said it is treatable and wont cause hearing loss which is awesome news. Antibiotics and the ear wash cost about 150 bucks and start tonight.

After setteling her in back at home i did an online report to the RSPCA and i am still waiting for them to call me back. One thing i can garentee everyone is Luna will get nothing but the best from me and the best of her past will be the worst of her future. so Stay tuned

That sound great I am glad luna is settling in well. Im sure after all that pampering and love luna looks adorable. It was a pity to hear about her ear but at least it wont cause her to be death and that it can be fixed. I hope she gets better soon, as I no she is in good hands and will be worshiped and loved by you. Give her my love and a hug from me and I will be sure to keep an eye out for new blogs to come. =)
